• Gamification & XP Points
  Users may earn XP points by completing lessons, quizzes, or participating in community activities. XP points are intended solely for engagement and progression tracking. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not constitute any form of currency or financial instrument.
• Newsleter System
  Users may earn XP points by completing lessons, quizzes, or participating in community activities. XP We provide free courses designed to help users understand emerging technologies. Certificates of completion are issued at no additional cost upon successful completion of a course.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

All content, branding, logos (including “Small Bob”), and educational materials are the exclusive property of SmallBytes. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our content without prior written permission. Content you create and share on the platform remains your property; however, by submitting such content, you grant SmallBytes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform and related services.
Guest contributors who provide articles, blog posts, or other materials for publication on our platform retain ownership of their work. By submitting content for publication, guest contributors grant SmallBytes the right to publish, display, and promote such content. Photographs, videos, and other media captured during SmallBytes events may be published on our platform, blogs, or promotional materials. By attending our events, participants consent to the use of such media for informational and promotional purposes.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. Intellectual Property

• Arbitration: If unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Nigeria, under Nigerian law.
• No Class Actions: Disputes must be handled individually.
